Oh, Maria! x Camélia Gardens Editorial

I cannot express the amount of joy I have just by looking at this photographs. I started my photography journey as a photographer’s second shooter for weddings back in 2015. Throughout the years I always questioned if my goal as I grow was to keep doing weddings since my work is so focused on fashion and different brands/businesses nowadays. But since the end of last year I quickly realised that this is still part of me. Maybe more selective and I truly know my niche now, but I simply can’t let go of this.

A week before my moving to the Netherlands, @ohmariaflores invited me to shoot a wedding editorial, taking place in one of the most beautiful locations that Sintra has to offer and I was dying to shoot there for a long time: @cameliagardens. It was clear and obvious for me that this was something that I wanted to accomplish before starting a new phase. Surrounded by an incredible team of humans and exquisite professionals, that sunny afternoon in Sintra brought me a lot of the peace I needed during that exhausting week of work. Working with people that are simply passionate about their work and deliver purely their very best for the best visual results, inspires me.

This editorial and all the process behind it, clearly motivated me to keep seeking for weddings and editorials like this one. Grow visually, grow with a team. I am grateful for all the support and love received recently. I hope you like it.
