FAQs

How do you describe your work?

Storytelling portraiture for fearless romantics and modern brands.

I always seek to deliver an editorial imagery style mixed with candid moments and high attention to detail. I work with both digital and film photography — with a special preference for film.
Either it’s a wedding or a brand assignment, my goal is to always be capable of crafting with my eyes, stories that allow me to explore different points of view and be creative.

What defines your quotation lists?

My quotations are based on factors that highly influence my time and value as a professional photographer. I always try to create quotations that are respectful to me and to other talented and professional colleagues working in the Wedding industry. Likewise, I seek to be realistic and balanced to Brands and Businesses looking for my style of photography.

These are the main pillars when defining my quotes:

  • Hours of work prior to the assignment day.
These including answering emails, the planning of the assignment with various meetings with the clients to assure everything meets their expectations and we accomplish our goals for the assignment day, either it’s a Wedding or a Brand service.

  • If needed scouting locations and assembling a team of creatives/vendors.

  • Traveling hours to the location(s).
If needed to travel abroad for an assignment, I always suggest to travel 2 days prior for location scouting, final meeting with clients, vendors and/or wedding planner before the assignment day, test shoots on location, proper physical rest before the assignment day and gear preparation.

  • Hours of work during the assignment day, as well as, traveling time and distances to the assignment location.

  • Hours of work after the assignment day.
These including post-production and editing work, preparing the deliverables and galleries for download. If film photography was used for the assignment, development, scanning and editing process is naturally included.

  • Gear used, Platforms used to promote, edit and deliver work, Insurances, Management and Accounting, Film Stocks, Development and Scanning prices.

Why are Destination Weddings your main focus for 2024 and 2025?

When I finished my photography studies, I started my professional journey as a photographer’s second shooter for weddings back in 2015. Throughout the years, I always questioned if my goal as I grew in my career was to keep on taking wedding assignments, since my work expanded more focused on fashion and branding.

In 2021, I realized that wedding assignments were always going to be a part of me as a photographer, and right now, it is what I find most enjoyment and fulfillment when I am working, as well as more confident and comfortable.

Crafting with my eyes a story based on true love.

I surely became more selective and I seek to work mainly with Destination Weddings around Europe (or anywhere you need me). It is a pleasure for me to work with couples that envision either an intimate and effortless or modern and high-end wedding, valuing the art of imagery as a form of storytelling. Attention to details and beauty within their environment and their love, are keys for a unique visual result.

Why continuing with Editorial and Brand work, if Destination Weddings are currently your main focus?

Just like wedding assignments, fashion and branding work always took a greater place in my photography journey. These are areas that I feel confident and comfortable, and I enjoy to be creative and adapt myself in order to deliver something that invokes beauty, boldness and finds parallels with statements that are present in the fashion and cinematic world. I always appreciate when I am working alongside with teams that are not afraid to explore points of view and thrive for a good challenge.
