Waiting for the baby: Maternity Shoot.

This past Sunday I had the wonderful pleasure of doing some maternity shots for a very special human being in my life. Rita and I know each other for almost ten years, and I can’t really describe how much I love this woman and our journey throughout all these years of growing and many crazy adventures. She was the first person I called “best friend” when no one really didn’t want to hang out with me. She was the one who I shared many roadtrips to the Algarve and Costa Vicentina every summer since we’ve met. She was the one who gave me her shoulder when I needed to cry. In every bad fight, we always knew that we would come back to each other, because when you really love someone you learn how to overpass challenges, forgive and forget. We were the perfect duo and partners in crime. Believe me or not, we could write a whole book just with our stupid last minute ideas and adventures. The memories we built just by making our lives look like a rom-com movie (yes, Rita loves those a bit too much), are always going to be part of me and stay with so much love in my heart.

I am grateful for having you in my life and to especially to grow into a better person with you by my side. And you know I’m going to be that clingy aunt that is going to tell all these stories to your son.
I’m so proud and happy for you.

I love you, Rita. And you already know that.

Congratulations Rita and Rúben for your next great adventure.
Make sure to love this one, even more than every other so far.

We’re waiting for you, Rodrigo.
